1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the USA:

  • Standard Shipping:
    Delivery Time: 7-15 business days
    Cost: $40 (Free for orders over $100)

  • Expedited Shipping:
    Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
    Cost: $50

  • Overnight Shipping:
    Delivery Time: 1 business day
    Cost: $60

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or inclement weather.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (before taxes and after discounts). This offer is only available within the contiguous USA.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. However, delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may take longer.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

6. Delivery Issues

7. Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee that changes to the shipping address can be made. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is unclaimed, we will notify you and arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in this case.

9. Order Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain situations such as natural disasters, weather conditions, or carrier delays may impact the delivery of your order. If your shipment is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact our support team for assistance.
